제이리움은 아래와 같은 배송 / 교환 / 환불 정책을 시행하고 있사오니 참고 부탁드립니다.

<환불 및 교환 >

- 상품자체의 원단,부자재,봉제 불량의 경우 (배송비무료)

- 사이즈,디자인/색상, 단순변심에 의한 교환/반품은 배송료 - 착불택배로 6,000원 (선불택배 이용시 3000원) 동봉하여 발송

- 교환/반품의 경우 제품 수령 후 C/A 070 8729 9391을 통하여 사유를 접수 하셔야 합니다.

- 제품 수령 후 7일 이내 제이리움(J'RIUM)으로 제품이 도착하여야 합니다.

- 접수 되지 않은 부분에 한하여 제품에 훼손이 있을 시 교환/반품이 불가합니다.

※ 제이리움에서는 교환/반품시 택배 회수를 도와드리고 있지 않습니다. 직접 제이리움으로 제품을 발송해주셔야 합니다.

※ 손상이 쉬운 니트웨어의 특성을 고려한 제이리움(J'RIUM)만의 교환,반품 정책입니다.

< Delivery information >

- For orders placed at our Store, we offer a simple delivery rates table. For orders under 50,000 won (About $ 42.49), You'll pay the delivery charge.For orders over 50,000 won the delivery is FREE.

- Please ensure you complete the desired delivery address during the checkout process. We aim to deliver your goods within 2~7 working days from the time of your payment. Please note that this service does not guarantee next day delivery from time of placing order.

- Please note that for various reasons such as delaying warehousing, production and matter of parcel company, all our deliveries can be delayed or shortened. It would take more time and additional postage to deliver Jeju Island and Mountain area.

< HELP - RETURNS & REFUNDS >

 - Shipping fee is free on the return of damaged item; however you may be liable for postage (6000won) if you may want to exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style, color or size. (if you use pre-paid parcel make sure send 3000won under the same cover.)

 - If you have any problems with your return and refund please contact c/a by telephoning +82 070 8729 9391 to report case or sending an e-mail to official@jrium.com

- The unaccepted case, if Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be refunded or returned and may be sent back to the customer.

※ We are not helping you collect parcels for exchange/returns. You have to send the product directly to J.RIUM.

- All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in J.RIUM’s returns policy considering about easily damaged knitwear.
